About Us

The Log Cabin Smokehouse is a mobile BBQ concession business established in 2007 by Patrick Amand based in Normal, Illinois. Our smoker itself sits on the back of a 28' concession trailer that looks like a log cabin! Inside our 8' x 15' cabin is an all commercial kitchen with all the amenities needed to serve large quantities of patrons and provide you with the best service possible. With our passion for BBQ we attend several events throughout Illinois and beyond.
