Got these items covered already? We can adapt to meet your needs and can provide an array of different meats. All smoked to perfection!

We also offer the following:

• Fresh Cut French Fries
• Potato Salad and/or Cole Slaw
• My Almost Famous Baked Beans

I call them almost famous because I'm humble I guess. This recipe was passed down from my grandmother. I can remember her making these beans and how wonderful they tasted. Maybe one day they'll be famous, but for now, I'm just happy to honor my grandmother by using her recipe. Enjoy!

* Whether we serve Coke or Pepsi is up to you. Some events have contracts to serve only a specific brand which is why we offer both. If you have no preference we will likely served Pepsi products.
